电商平台“内卷式”竞争及其价格效应研究——来自大型旅游电商平台的案例探索 被引量:5

摘要 近期,国家把综合整治“内卷式”竞争作为促进市场经济高质量发展的重要议题。解决好“内卷式”价格竞争问题,有助于维持市场秩序,推动经济高质量发展。本文以旅游电商平台为案例,深入分析电商平台“内卷式”竞争的方式和驱动机制以及对价格体系的传导效应。研究发现,电商平台主要通过大数据算法实行供需匹配以加强对价格的控制权,以平台流量为主要筹码加剧商家价格“内卷”,造成市场陷入“低价—低质—更低价”的循环,直接导致企业利润缩减,创新研发投入缩水,偏离了经济高质量发展的轨道。基于此,应促进供应链协同定价、建立电商平台价格立体监管体系,以缓解电商平台“内卷式”竞争,走出“低价低质”的现实困境,促进经济高质量发展。 Recently,China’s government has regarded the comprehensive rectification of“involution”competition as an important issue for promoting the high-quality development of its market economy.Solving the problem of"involution"price competition well is conducive to maintaining market order and promoting high-quality economic development.This paper takes the tourism e-commerce platform as a case to deeply analyze the ways and driving mechanisms of the“involution”competition among e-commerce platforms and its transmission effect on the price system.It has found that e-commerce platforms mainly rely on big data algorithms to match supply and demand in order to strengthen their control over prices.They use platform traffic as the main bargaining chip to intensify the“intra-price competition”among merchants,causing the market to fall into a cycle of“low price-low quality-even lower price”.This directly leads to a reduction in corporate profits and a decrease in innovation and R&D investment,deviating from the track of high-quality economic development.Based on this,efforts should be made to promote collaborative pricing in the supply chain and establish a three-dimensional price supervision system for e-commerce platforms,so as to alleviate the“intra-industry competition”among e-commerce platforms,get out of the realistic predicament of“low price and low quality”,and promote high-quality economic development.
