摘要
通识教育与创新人才培养在价值与理念上具有深度的内在契合。通识教育致力于厚植人的家国情怀、塑造人的德性品行、拓展人的学科视野,对创新人才培养有重要价值。为提升通识教育的质量,充分发挥其在创新人才培养中的支撑作用,首先以“课程思政”理念为引领,推动通识课程改革;其次,以整合学科知识为基础,构建通识课程体系;最后,以促进学生深度学习为目标,创新通识课程教学范式。
General education and the cultivation of innovative talents have a deep internal fit in terms of values and concepts.General education is committed to nurturing people's love for their country,shaping their moral character,and expanding their academic horizons,which has significant value for the cultivation of innovative talents.To enhance the quality of general education and fully leverage its supporting role in the cultivation of innovative talents,first,the reform of general education courses with the concept of“ideological and political education within courses”should be promoted.Second,a general education curriculum system based on the integration of disciplinary knowledge should be constructed.And finally,the teaching paradigm of general education courses with the goal of promoting students'deep learning should be innovated.
