摘要
介绍在实际工作中遇到一起因施工工艺不标准导致ZPW-2000A小轨道电压波动造成设备故障的分析与处理,重点阐述ZPW-2000A型轨道电路工作原理、小轨道纳入联锁以及小轨道轨出2电压曲线成“正弦波”波动的分析,并对存在的问题进行整改,同时提出在今后施工中改进优化,强化现场验收,保障设备安全可靠运用。
This paper introduces the analysis and treatment of an equipment failure caused by voltage fl uctuations in a ZPW-2000A small track circuit due to non-standard construction practices in a specifi c case.This paper focuses on the working principle of ZPW-2000A track circuits,the incorporation of small track circuits into the interlocking,and the analysis of the voltage curves of Rail Output 2 of the small track circuits,which demonstrate"sine wave"fl uctuations.The existing problems are rectifi ed,and it is proposed to improve and optimize the construction in the future,strengthen the site acceptance,and ensure the safe and reliable use of equipment.
