摘要
通信盘作为通信编码ZPW-2000R轨道电路与列控中心接口通信的核心设备,其测试工作是研发、生产过程中至关重要的一环。传统人工测试方法存在环境搭建复杂、测试效率低下且质量难以保证等问题。针对此问题,在对测试需求分析的基础上,设计一种通信盘自动化仿真测试平台,阐述了平台架构、各模块功能及实现方法,并对其进行测试验证。结果表明,该平台显著提升了测试效率和质量,降低了测试成本,具有一定实际应用价值。
The communication panel serves as the core equipment for interface communication between communication coding ZPW-2000R track circuits and a train control center.Its testing work is a crucial part of the research,development and production process.Traditional manual testing methods face problems such as complex testing environment setup,low testing efficiency,and difficulties in ensuring quality.In response to these problems,an automated simulation testing platform for communication panels is designed based on an analysis of testing requirements.This article expounds on the platform architecture,the functions of each module and the implementation methods,and the platform has been tested and verifi ed.The results show that the platform signifi cantly improves testing effi ciency and accuracy,reduces testing costs,and has practical application value.
