基于GD32F470的25Hz相敏轨道电路电子接收器

25 Hz Phase-sensitive Track Circuit Electronic Receivers Based on GD32F470 Chips

摘要 广泛采用的25Hz相敏轨道电路接收设备分为机械式二元二位继电器以及微电子相敏接收器。其中,机械式二元二位继电器存在接点易卡阻、抗电气化干扰能力不强、返还系数低等问题;微电子接收器存在采用单CPU架构、信号升压采集、单一信号驱动轨道继电器以及无法实时监测等安全性、可靠性和可维护性不高等问题。介绍一种安全型25 Hz相敏轨道电路电子接收器,采用GD32F470作为主控芯片,实现轨道区段状态判断,并具备实时监测功能,安全等级达到SIL4级,彻底解决上述两种设备的不足,进一步提高了电子接收器的安全性、可靠性、可用性及可维护性。 At present,widely used 25 Hz phase-sensitive track-circuit receiving devices are categorized into mechanical two-element two-position relays and microelectronic phase-sensitive receivers.Among them,the mechanical two-element two-position relays face some problems,such as the susceptibility of their contacts to jamming,weak resistance to electrifi cation interference,and a low return coeffi cient.The microelectronic receivers also experience some issues,such as the adoption of a single CPU architecture,signal boost ing acquisition,single signal driving track relay,and the inability to perform real-time monitoring,which result in low safety,reliability,and maintainability.This article introduces a safe 25Hz phase-sensitive track circuit electronic receiver,which uses GD32F470 as the main control chip to determine the state of the track sections and provides real-time monitoring functions.Its safety level reaches SIL4,completely overcoming the shortcomings of the two aforementioned devices and further improving the safety,reliability,availability,and maintainability of the electronic receiver.
