摘要
目的 探讨穴位贴敷预防气虚型透析性低血压的临床效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年12月南京市浦口区中医院收治的维持性血透患者76例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。每组38例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用穴位贴敷干预。比较两组患者透析前后血压水平与中医证候积分。结果 透析后,观察组舒张压、收缩压均高于对照组,倦怠无力、腰膝酸软、纳呆腹胀、畏寒喜暖、浮肿难消、大便溏稀等中医证候积分均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论 穴位贴敷干预可有效预防气虚型透析性低血压,并可缓解患者临床症状。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application on preventing dialysis hypotension of qi deficiency type.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,76 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given acupoint sticking intervention.The blood pressure level and TCM syndrome score before and after dialysis were compared between the two groups.Results:After dialysis,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of TCM syndromes such as fatigue、weakness of waist and knees、anorexia、abdominal distension、aversion to cold and warmth、edema and loose stool were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupoint sticking intervention can effectively prevent dialysis hypotension of qi deficiency type and relieve the symptoms of patients.
