摘要
目的 探讨在产后出血预防中联合运用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与缩宫素的临床效果。方法 选择2020年1月至2024年1月在洪泽区妇幼保健院足月分娩的产妇100例,采用随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采用缩宫素预防产后出血,研究组在对照组基础上联合应用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液。比较两组产妇产后出血发生率、产后出血量、产后恢复状况与不良反应情况。结果 研究组产妇产后出血发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%,P<0.05;研究组产妇产后2 h、12 h、24 h的出血量均较对照组少,P<0.05。研究组产后血性恶露消失时间、月经恢复时间与住院时间均较对照组短,P<0.05。研究组不良反应率16.00%,与对照组14.00%对比,P>0.05。结论 在产后出血预防中联合运用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与缩宫素可显著降低产妇产后出血风险,减少产后出血量,并可加快产妇产后恢复速度,且使用安全性较高。
Objective:To Objective to explore the clinical effect of combined use of carboprost tromethamine injection and oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:100 full-term parturients in Hongze District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used oxytocin to prevent postpartum hemorrhage,and the research group combined with carboprost tromethamine injection on the basis of the control group.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum recovery and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was 4.00%,which was lower than that in the control group 18.00%,P<0.05.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was less than that in the control group at 2 h、12 h and 24 h,P<0.05.The disappearance time,menstrual recovery time and hospitalization time of postpartum bloody lochia in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.The adverse reaction rate of the study group was 16.00%,compared with 14.00%of the control group,P>0.05.Conclusion:The combined use of carboprost tromethamine injection and oxytocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage can significantly reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,and accelerate the recovery of postpartum women,with high safety.
