摘要
目的 分析接种水痘减毒活疫苗在水痘感染预防控制中的临床价值。方法 随机纳入在苏州市相城区第二人民医院预防保健的120名儿童作为研究对象,依据是否接种水痘减毒活疫苗分为参照组(未接种)和研究组(接种),各60名。在2019年10月至2023年10月期间,每年对两组儿童进行定期随访,对比分析两组水痘感染率、感染后症状及康复进程、不良反应。结果 研究组水痘感染率低于参照组,P<0.05。研究组感染水痘儿童中体温在37.1~37.5℃占比、水疱数量<10个占比均明显高于参照组,康复进程明显早于参照组,P<0.05。研究组中共有3例儿童出现不良反应,发生率为5.00%。结论 水痘减毒活疫苗接种可有效降低儿童水痘感染率,改善水痘感染相关症状,加快感染患儿的康复进程,且接种不良反应少。
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of vaccination with live attenuated varicella vaccine in the prevention and control of varicella infection.Methods:120 children who were randomly enrolled in preventive health care in the Second People's Hospital of Xiangcheng District,Suzhou City were divided into reference group(unvaccinated)and study group(vaccinated)according to whether they were vaccinated with live attenuated varicella vaccine,with 60 children in each group.From October 2019 to October 2023,the two groups of children were followed up regularly every year,and the infection rate、post-infection symptoms、rehabilitation process and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The infection rate of chickenpox in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05.In the study group,the proportion of children infected with chickenpox at 37.1~37.5℃and the number of blisters<10 were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the recovery process was significantly earlier than that in the reference group,P<0.05.In the study group,there were 3 children with adverse reactions,the incidence rate was 5.00%.Conclusion:Vaccination with live attenuated varicella vaccine can effectively reduce the infection rate of varicella in children,improve the symptoms related to varicella infection,and accelerate the rehabilitation process of infected children with few adverse reactions.
