摘要
目的 探究术前心理干预对鼻中隔矫正术患者疗效的影响。方法 研究样本为江苏大学附属医院收治的70例鼻中隔矫正术患者,纳入时间为2021年10月至2022年12月,以随机数字表法分为两组,观察组和对照组各35例。给予对照组常规护理,给予观察组常规护理基础上增加术前心理干预。比较两组手术成功率、并发症发生率、应对方式及预后。结果 相比对照组,观察组并发症发生率低,P<0.05;观察组手术成功率稍高,但两者对比,P>0.05。观察组正向应对评分较对照组高,负向应对评分较对照组低,SNOT-22评分也较对照组低,P<0.05。结论 对鼻中隔矫正术患者应用术前心理干预可提高手术成功率,降低术后并发症发生率,使患者以积极正向的方式应对手术,提高预后疗效。
Objective:To explore the influence of preoperative psychological intervention on the curative effect of patients undergoing nasal septum correction.Methods:The research samples were 70 patients with nasal septum correction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University,and were included from October 2021 to December 2022.They were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given psychological intervention before operation on the basis of routine care.The success rate,complication rate,coping style and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,P<0.05;The success rate of operation in the observation group was slightly higher,but the comparison between them was,P>0.05.The positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group,and the SNOT-22 score was also lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Preoperative psychological intervention can improve the success rate of operation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,enable patients to cope with the operation in a positive way and improve the prognosis.
