摘要
目的 分析腹部手术围术期低体温与手术部位感染(SSI)的相关性,探讨干预措施。方法 选取2023年1-10月昆山市第四人民医院收治的60例行腹部手术患者,按照是否发生手术部位感染分为SSI组与非SSI组。统计两组围术期低体温发生情况,分析围术期低体温与SSI之间的相关性,探讨干预措施。结果 纳入60例腹部手术患者,有41例未发生SSI,有19例发生SSI,SSI发生率为31.67%,其中以伤口浅部感染占比最高,为47.37%。SSI组围术期低体温发生率显著高于非SSI组,P<0.05;SSI发生情况与围术期低体温有相关性(r=-0.811)。结论 腹部手术患者SSI发生率较高,围术期低体温可增加SSI发生风险,故临床需加强对患者围术期体温的监测,并给予联合保温干预措施。
Objective:To analyze the correlation between perioperative hypothermia and surgical site infection(SSI)in abdominal surgery and explore the intervention measures.Methods:60 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in the Fourth People's Hospital of Kunshan City from January to October,2023 were selected and divided into SSI group and non-SSI group according to whether surgical site infection occurred or not.The incidence of perioperative hypothermia in the two groups was counted,the correlation between perioperative hypothermia and SSI was analyzed,and the intervention measures were discussed.Results:Among the 60 patients who underwent abdominal surgery,41 patients did not develop SSI,and 19 patients developed SSI.The incidence of SSI was 31.67%,among which superficial wound infection was the highest,accounting for 47.37%.The incidence of perioperative hypothermia in SSI group was significantly higher than that in non-SSI group,P<0.05.The incidence of SSI was correlated with perioperative hypothermia(r=-0.811).Conclusion:The incidence of SSI in patients undergoing abdominal surgery is high,and perioperative hypothermia can increase the risk of SSI.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of perioperative body temperature and give joint insulation intervention measures.
