摘要
目的 研究集束化护理在肝动脉灌注化疗(HAIC)患者导管护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年3月至2023年6月在江南大学附属医院接受HAIC的100例肝癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用集束化护理。对比两组患者的并发症发生率和生活质量。结果 观察组的并发症发生率较对照组低,护理后观察组的QOL-LC评分较对照组高,P<0.05。结论 将集束化护理应用于HAIC患者导管护理中,可有效降低其并发症发生风险,提高患者的整体生活质量。
Objective:To study the application effect of cluster nursing in catheter nursing of patients undergoing hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy(HAIC).Methods:Between March 2022 and June 2023,a total of 100 liver cancer patients undergoing HAIC treatment at the Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University were randomly assigned to two groups:an observation cohort and a comparison cohort,each comprising 50 individuals.Patients in the comparison cohort received standard nursing care,whereas those in the observation cohort were provided with clustered nursing interventions.A comparison was made between the two cohorts in terms of complication rates and life quality outcomes.Results:The complication rate was reduced in the observation cohort compared to the control cohort,and following the nursing interventions,the QOLLC score was elevated in the observation cohort relative to the control cohort,with a statistical significance of,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing in catheter care of patients with HAIC can effectively reduce the risk of complications and improve the overall quality of life of patients.
