摘要
本文研究对象为1例高龄右股骨颈骨折患者,完善术前相关检查后行右全髋关节置换术,术后并发糖尿病酮症酸中毒。给予患者个性化综合护理,同时采用多学科联合治疗,如加强补液、降糖、纠正电解质、纠酸、营养支持,做好基础护理及功能锻炼,预防关节脱位及并发症,患者病情得以好转,血糖控制良好,安全出院。本文对该病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,旨在提高临床对该病患者的护理质量。
The research object of this paper is an elderly patient with right femoral neck fracture,who underwent right total hip replacement after improving the preoperative examination,and was complicated with diabetic ketoacidosis after operation.Personalized comprehensive care was given to the patients,and multidisciplinary combined treatment was adopted at the same time,such as strengthening fluid replacement、reducing blood sugar、correcting electrolyte、correcting acid and nutritional support,doing basic nursing and functional exercise well,preventing joint dislocation and complications,and the patients'condition was improved,blood sugar was well controlled and discharged safely.In this paper,the clinical data of this case were analyzed retrospectively,aiming at improving the quality of clinical care for this patient.
