摘要
目的 探讨快速康复护理联合行为训练对肺癌患者术后呼吸功能和生活质量的改善价值。方法 以140例肺癌患者为研究对象,均从南京医科大学附属苏州医院2020年7月至2024年7月诊治的肺癌患者中选取,采用随机数表法对患者进行分组,对照组和研究组各70例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用快速康复护理联合行为训练。比较两组呼吸功能、生活质量。结果 干预后,研究组四项呼吸功能指标(FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、MVV)均高于对照组,GQOLI-74各维度评分也较对照组更高,P<0.05。结论 对肺癌患者开展快速康复护理联合行为训练可显著改善患者术后呼吸功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with behavior training in improving respiratory function and quality of life of patients with lung cancer after operation.Methods:140 cases of lung cancer patients were selected from Suzhou Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2020 to July 2024,and the patients were divided into control group and study group with 70 cases each.The respiratory function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the four respiratory function indexes(FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、MVV)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of GQOLI-74 were also higher than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with behavior training can significantly improve the postoperative respiratory function and quality of life of patients with lung cancer.
