摘要
数字资本主义经济中的情感劳动过程是有酬情感劳动者与无酬情感劳动者之间关系建构与变现的过程。通过自我表征、自我整饰和自我“品牌化”,有酬情感劳动者一步一步地将自身商品化,无酬情感劳动者则相应地对其形成认知认同、情感认同乃至群体认同,并伴随认同的逐渐加深甘愿不同程度地为有酬情感劳动者付出流量生产、创作产出和情感消费等情感劳动,增加了有酬情感劳动者的商业价值和象征资本。资本霸权对情感劳动者剩余价值的剥削、对个体情感数据所有权的剥夺以及对情感劳动的控制,组成了情感资本积累的“三部曲”,情感劳动由此被异化为资本积累的新手段,导致了一系列问题:情感产品的异己化、数据殖民、情感劳动者的“主体性过剩”等。对数字资本主义经济中情感劳动的批判性分析揭示了当下情感劳动者面临的资本压迫更为隐蔽、深刻和彻底,拓展了当代资本主义新变化批判的理论视域。
The emotional labor process in the era of digital capitalism is the process of relationship construction and realization between paid emotional laborers and unpaid emotional laborers.Through self-representation,self-grooming and self-"branding",paid emotional laborers gradually commodify themselves,and unpaid emotional laborers accordingly form cognitive identification,emotional identification and even group identification with them.With the gradual deepening of identification,they are willing to pay emotional labor such as traffic pro-duction,crcative output and cmotional consumption to paid emotional laborers to varying degrees,which increases the commercial value and symbolic capital of paid emotional laborers.The exploitation of the surplus value of emotional laborers by capital hcgemony,the deprivation of the ownership of individual emotional data and the control of emotional labor constitutes the"trilogy"of emotional capital accumulation.Emotional labor is thus alienated into a new means of capital accumulation,leading to a series of problems:alienation of emotional products,data colonization,and"excessive subjectivity"of emotional laborers.The critical analysis of emotional labor in the era of digital capitalism reveals that the capital oppression faced by emotional laborers is more hidden,profound and thorough,expan-ding the theoretical perspective of the critique of new changes in contemporary capitalism,and warning my country to guard against excessive capital intervention in the process of developing the emo-tional economy and avoid the problems of capital exploitation,dep-rivation and control.
