摘要
新内生发展理念超越“外生-内生”发展取向的二元困境,提出了内外共生的理论可能。本文将橘溪村发现与再造农民画传统的发展实践置于新内生发展框架下,探究乡村发展内在动力的生成机制。浙西橘溪“画村”打造是一项围绕创生农民画传统展开的城乡融合实践,其实质是依托本土资源,吸纳多元主体参与,在内外联动作用下催生出地域创造力的发展模式。在城乡融合实践中,“画村”基于农民画建构了集结构与行动于一体的复杂关系网络——“画链”,链接政府、村落、资本、艺术创作者以及城市消费者等社会多元主体,建构起多重社会关联。虽然在此过程中,内源力量与外部力量并不均衡,不可避免地产生一系列问题,而这恰是新内生发展理念亟待回应的现实性问题。
The new endogenous development concept transcends the binary dilemma of“exogenousendogenous”development orientation,and puts forward the theoretical possibility of internal and external symbiosis.This paper places the development practice of“discovery”and“reconstruction”of peasant painting tradition in Juxi Village from the perspective of new endogenous development,and explores the generation mechanism of the internal power of rural development.The essence of the“Painting Village Construction”in Juxi located in Zhejiang Province is a rural construction that revolves around the tradition of creating peasant paintings,and its essence is to rely on local resources,to absorb the participation of multiple subjects,and to give birth to a development model of regional creativity under the linkage of internal and external forces.In the development practice,based on the peasant paintings,the painting village constructs a complex relationship network that integrates structure and action,the painting chain,linking the government,the village,capital,art creators,and urban consumers and other multiple social subjects,and establishing multiple social connections.It has constructed multiple social relationships.Although in this process,the internal forces and external forces are not balanced,and a series of problems will inevitably arise,which is exactly the practical problem that the new endogenous development concept needs to respond to urgently.
