摘要
城市更新已成为当代城市发展的重要议题之一,是城市走向高质量发展进程的重要一环。建筑物年份核查是城市更新基础数据调查的一项重要基础性工作,建筑物年份核查的成果可以辅助开展城市更新补偿核算,关系到政府、收储单位的征地补偿标准,关系到人民群众的切身利益,于城市更新工作具有重要意义。以存量地形图、影像等存量基础地理信息成果数据为基础,面向房屋建筑数据相关基础属性的需求,探索存量数据在房屋建筑年份核查的关键技术体系和核查流程,结合广州市某地块范围的实际生产项目,分析房屋建筑年份核查的技术实现过程,为房屋建筑数据提供准确、详实的关键时间节点建设信息。
Urban renewal has become one of the important issues in contemporary urban development,and is an important link in the process of high quality urban development.Construction year verification is an important basic work in the urban renewal basic data survey,and its results can assist in the compensation accounting of urban renewal,which is related to the compensation standard of land expropriation by the government,collection and storage units,and is of great significance to the urban renewal work.Based on the results of stock basic geographical information such as stock topographic maps and images,and facing the needs of relevant basic attributes of housing construction data,we explored the key technical system and verification process of stock data in the housing construction year verification,and analyzed the technical realization process of housing construction year verification in combination with the actual production project of a certain block in Guangzhou,which could provide accurate and detailed construction information of key time nodes for housing construction data.
