接种AM真菌对蓝莓苔藓苗生长发育及生理特性的影响

Effects of Inoculation with Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Blueberry Moss Seedlings

摘要 为研究接种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌对蓝莓幼苗生长发育的影响,以3种AM真菌为试验材料,设不接种为对照(ck),分别接种摩西球囊霉(Gm)、刺球囊霉(Ad)、球囊霉(Ga)菌种,以及混合菌种接种(Mix)5个处理。结果表明,接种AM真菌显著提高了蓝莓根系活力、根冠比及地上部生长指标。接种Ad、Gm和Mix处理的基生枝长度、基生枝直径、单株叶面积及生物量均显著高于ck,其中Mix处理效果最佳。接种Gm和Mix处理的蓝莓叶片光合速率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率均显著高于ck。此外,Mix处理的真菌提高了抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT)的活性、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量均较ck高50%以上。综上所述,AM真菌对蓝莓的生长具有积极影响,不同菌种的效果存在差异,单独接种一种AM真菌时,Gm处理效果最好,所有处理中,Mix处理效果最好。 To investigate the impact of inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi on the growth and development of blueberry seedlings.Three AM fungi species were used as experimental materials,with treatments including a non-inoculated control(ck),inoculation with Glomus mosseae(Gm),Acaulospora denticulata(Ad),Glomus aggregatum(Ga),and a mixed inoculation(Mix)of all three fungi.The results showed that AM fungi significantly increased root activity,root-to-shoot ratio,and above-ground growth indicators of blueberries.The basal shoot length,basal shoot diameter,leaf area per plant,and biomass in the Ad,Gm,and Mix treatments were significantly higher than those in the control group,with the mixed inoculation group showing the best results.Furthermore,the photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate of blueberry leaves in the Gm and Mix treatments were significantly higher than those in the ck group.Additionally,the mixed inoculation treatment increased the activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,CAT)and the content of proline and soluble sugars by more than 50%compared to ck.In summary,AM fungi positively influence the growth of blueberries,with varying effects among different fungi species.The Gm treatment showed the best results among the single fungi inoculations,while the Mix treatment was the most effective overall.
