摘要
山区高速公路因地质复杂与气候多变等原因,其路面工程质量管理需系统性策略支撑。本研究针对施工中地质风险高、材料性能波动及工艺控制薄弱等难题,通过集成地质勘测数据与动态施工参数,构建基于层次分析法的质量风险评估模型,并结合物联网传感技术实现施工过程实时监控。结果表明,通过优化施工组织设计、强化材料梯度配比及压实智能监测,形成覆盖勘察、施工、运维三阶段的质量控制框架,可为复杂地形下高速公路工程提供标准化管理路径,兼具工程安全性与经济性提升价值。
Pavement engineering of mountainous expressways faces complex geological conditions and variable climates,necessitating systematic quality management strategies.This study addresses challenges such as high geological risks,material performance fluctuations,and weak process control during construction.By integrating geological survey data with dynamic construction parameters,a quality risk assessment model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is developed.Additionally,Internet of Things(IoT)sensing technology is employed for real-time construction monitoring.Results indicate that optimizing construction organization design,enhancing material gradient ratio,and implementing intelligent compaction monitoring can form a comprehensive quality control framework covering surveying,construction,and operation and maintenance.This framework provides a standardized management approach for expressway projects in complex terrains,with added value in improving both engineering safety and economic efficiency.
