摘要
为探究建筑施工安全管理的关键路径,本研究以某超深基坑工程为实践载体,通过文献研究、案例分析和工程验证相结合的方法,系统梳理安全管理要点。研究重点构建包含安全培训、智能监测、风险识别等要素的安全管理体系,提出基于智慧工地的全过程风险防控路径。在铜仁路科创投办公楼项目中,通过实施专项安全培训计划、应用智能安全帽定位系统、建立三级安全验收制度等措施,使安全事故率降低62%。研究表明,融合智能化技术的管理体系可显著提升安全风险预控能力,为类似工程提供可复制的安全管理范式。
To explore the key pathways for construction safety management,this study takes an ultra-deep foundation pit project as a medium via the integration of literature research,case analysis,and engineering validation,and it systematically outlines the key points of safety management.The research focuses on the creation of a safety management system encompassing elements such as safety training,intelligent monitoring,and risk identification,proposing a whole-process risk prevention and control approach on the basis of smart construction sites.In the project of Tongren Road Science and Technology Investment Office Building,the implementation of measures such as specialized safety training programs,the application of intelligent safety helmet positioning systems,and the establishment of a three-tier safety inspection system reduced the accident rate by 62%.This study demonstrates that a management system incorporating intelligent technologies can significantly enhance preemptive risk control capabilities,providing a replicable safety management model for similar projects.
