摘要
建筑业在国民经济中占据重要地位,但目前仍面临施工技术落后、管理水平不高等问题。本文从施工技术与工程管理两个维度,探讨了建筑业高质量发展的路径。在施工技术方面,重点分析了BIM技术、装配式建筑、智能化施工等新兴技术的应用现状、优势及挑战;在工程管理方面,提出了优化项目组织、严格进度成本控制、强化安全质量管控、推进信息化集成化等优化策略。同时,指出政府应完善制度体系、优化营商环境、健全风险防控机制等,为建筑业转型升级提供有力保障。
The construction industry plays a crucial role in the national economy but currently faces challenges such as outdated construction technologies and inadequate management levels.This paper explores the path to high-quality development in the construction industry from the perspectives of construction technology and project management.In terms of construction technology,it focuses on the application status,advantages,and challenges of emerging technologies such as BIM,prefabricated construction,and intelligent construction.In terms of project management,it proposes optimization strategies such as improving project organization,strictly controlling progress and cost,strengthening safety and quality management,and promoting information and integration.The paper also points out that the government should improve the institutional system,optimize the business environment,and establish a sound risk prevention and control mechanism to provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
