摘要
某商业综合体采用框架-剪力墙结构,属于超限高层建筑。针对其超限特性,结构设计人综合运用多种软件与程序开展分析:使用YJK和MIDAS BUILDING两种软件对工程结构进行了静力弹性分析;采用MIDAS BUILDING软件进行多遇地震弹性时程分析;采用YJK软件进行设防地震及罕遇地震等效弹性分析;采用MIDAS BUILDING软件进行罕遇地震弹塑性分析;采用PMSAP程序对楼板进行罕遇地震作用下的应力分析。分析结果显示,该结构设计满足抗震性能目标要求。基于上述分析,设计过程中针对性地采取了一系列结构抗震加强措施,以保障建筑结构安全。
A commercial complex adopts a frame-shear wall structure,which is classified as an over-limited high-rise building.In response to its over-limited characteristics,the structural designer comprehensively employs multiple software and programs for analysis:YJK and MIDAS BUILDING software are used for static elastic analysis of the structure;MIDAS BUILDING software is employed for elastic time-history analysis of frequent earthquake;YJK software is used for equivalent elastic analysis of design basis earthquake and rare earthquake;MIDAS BUILDING software is utilized for plastic analysis of rare earthquake;and PMSAP program is applied for stress analysis of the floor slab under rare earthquake.The analysis results indicate that the structural design meets the seismic performance objectives.Based on the above analysis,a series of targeted seismic strengthening measures were adopted in the design process to ensure the safety of the building structure.
