摘要
探讨国家区域医疗中心建设过程中输出单位护理工作开展及护理工作同质化建设模式探索。输出单位护理工作开展从护理人员管理、聚焦临床护理、强化教学与培训、推动护理科研、规范护理制度文件、塑造护理理念与文化六个方面开展。护理工作同质化顺利推进,为护理工作的高质量开展提供有力保障,建立国家区域医疗中心建设护理工作同质化建设模式。护理工作改革涉及到一些深层次的制度性与系统性问题。国家区域医疗中心项目建设过程中输出单位护理工作从六方面开展实际有效,构建的同质化建设模式具有护理工作指导与借鉴意义。
To explore the implementation of nursing work in output units during the construction of national regional medical centers and the homogenization construction model of nursing work,the output unit's nursing work has been carried out from six aspects:management of nursing staff,focusing on clinical nursing,strengthening teaching and training,promoting nursing research,standardizing nursing system documents,and shaping nursing concepts and culture.The homogenization of nursing work has been smoothly advanced,providing a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of nursing work and building a homogenization construction model for nursing work.The reform of nursing work involves some deep-seated institutional and systemic issues.During the construction process of the national regional medical center project,the nursing work of the output units was carried out in six aspects,which was practical and effective.And the homogeneous construction model constructed has guiding and reference significance for nursing work.
