摘要
目的介绍某三甲医院互联网药学服务模式的搭建过程,分析其搭建过程和运营情况。方法收集该医院2022—2024年互联网接诊的数据,从线上诊疗及电子处方、模块化在线咨询以及一键配药三个方面进行分析。结果2022年至2024年6月,电子处方的使用数量显著增加。2024年1至6月,模块化在线咨询服务中共解答了161次咨询,其中全科用药指导最多65次,占比40.37%,慢病用药指导和孕产妇及儿童用药次之。一键配药共计被使用351次,涵盖盐城的多个县、区以及其他市。结论互联网药学服务模式的搭建弥补了传统线下药学服务的缺陷和不足,提升了现代药学服务的质量和效率,但需要进一步优化服务细节,提升服务的科学性和个性化。同时,加强监管机制建设,以确保其可持续发展和患者的用药安全。
Objective:The author introduced the establishment process of the Internet pharmacy service model in a 3a hospital,and analyzed its establishment process and operation situation.Method:The data of the hospital’s online outpatient services from 2022 to 2024 were collected and analyzed from three aspects:online diagnosis and treatment,electronic prescriptions,modular online consultation,and one-click drug dispensing.Result:The use of electronic prescriptions has significantly increased from 2022 to June 2024.From January to June 2024,the modular online consultation service answered a total of 161 inquiries,with the highest number of general practice medication guidance inquiries being 65,accounting for 40.37%,followed by chronic disease medication guidance and medication for pregnant women and children.One click dispensing has been used a total of 351 times,covering multiple counties and districts in Yancheng City,and other cities.Conclusion:The establishment of the Internet pharmaceutical service model has made up for the defects and shortcomings of the traditional offline pharmaceutical service,and improved the quality and efficiency of modern pharmaceutical services.However,it is necessary to further optimize the service details and improve the scientificity and personalization of the service.At the same time,the construction of regulatory mechanisms should be strengthened to ensure the sustainable development and patient medication safety.
