摘要
目的分析山西某医院2019—2023年Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性使用情况,为执行“感术”行动进行基线调查,同时为抗菌药物的合理使用提供依据。方法回顾性分析该院2019—2023年Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性使用情况,并从药物品种选择、给药时机方面进行合理性评价。结果该院2019—2023年Ⅰ类切口手术患者主要集中在乳腺科、骨科、眼科和神经外科等科室,抗菌药物的预防性使用率分别为36.87%、26.21%、16.92%、12.52%、28.14%;在预防性用药合理性评价问题中,药品选用不当共计622次,用药时机不当共计647例,不合理率分别为16.88%以及17.56%。结论该院Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物的预防性使用率基本合格,但也存在药物品种、给药时机不当等问题,该院应采取集束化管控措施,以促进抗菌药物合理使用与管控。
Objective:To analyze the prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs in class Ⅰ incision surgeries in a hospital in Shanxi Province from 2019 to 2023,conduct a baseline survey for the implementation of the“infection surgery”operation,and provide a basis for the rational use of antibacterial drugs at the same time.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the prophylactic use of antibacterial drugs in class I incision surgeries from 2019 to 2023 in this hospital,and a rationality evaluation in terms of the selection of drug varieties and the timing of administration were also conducted.Result:The patients undergoing class Ⅰ incision surgery in the hospital from 2019 to 2023 are mainly concentrated in departments such as breast,orthopedics,ophthalmology and neurosurgery.The prophylactic utilization rates of antibacterial drugs were 36.87%,26.21%,16.92%,12.52% and 28.14% respectively.In the issue of evaluating the rationality of prophylactic medication use,there were a total of 622 cases of improper drug selection and a total of 647 cases of improper medication timing.The unreasonable rates were 16.88% and 17.56% respectively.Conclusion:The prophylactic use rate of antibacterial drugs for class Ⅰ incision surgeries in this hospital is basically qualified.However,there are still problems such as improper drug varieties and administration timing.Thus,the hospital should adopt bundled control measures to promote the rational use and control of antibacterial drugs.
