摘要
为了解儿科医生的工作偏好,稳定和吸引儿科医生,基于离散选择实验,随机选取河北省3家公立三甲医院的164名儿科医生调查其工作偏好。结果发现薪酬水平、工作时长、执业风险程度、职称晋升要求以及用工形式对儿科医生工作偏好均有显著影响。提出建议:儿科医生的薪酬应体现医疗服务价值和技术价值;多措并举降低儿科医生执业风险;改善儿科医生工作环境和合理安排工作时间;职称制度和编制改革应循序渐进。
In order to understand the work preferences of pediatricians,stabilize and attract them,and based on the discrete selection experiment,164 pediatricians from 3 grade a tertiary public hospitals in Hebei Province were randomly selected to investigate their work preferences.It was found that salary level,working hours,degree of practice risk,requirements for professional title promotion and employment forms all had significant influences on the work preferences of pediatricians.It is suggested that the salary of pediatricians should reflect the value of medical services and technical value;Multiple measures should be taken to reduce the practice risks of pediatricians;The working environment of pediatricians should be improved and working hours be arranged reasonably;Furthermore,the reform of the professional title system and staffing should be carried out gradually and orderly.
