摘要
目的探讨人工智能(AI)技术在低风险死亡病例预警与干预中的应用,评估其对降低低风险死亡率、提升医疗质量和管理效率的作用,为医院及卫生管理部门提供可推广的管理方案。方法研究分析2018—2023年314360份住院病历数据,筛选2021—2023年48例低风险死亡病例为研究组,2018—2020年98例低风险死亡病例为对照组。应用智能预警系统持续监测病例,识别关键影响因素并提出干预措施。结果低风险死亡率由0.044%降至0.015%(P=0.012),干预后治疗方案不当和术后并发症占比下降,病案记录准确性提高,系统有效优化了医疗管理。结论智能预警系统有效地降低了低风险死亡率,显著优化了医疗质量关键指标,为医院管理和医疗政策制定提供了科学的决策支持工具。
Objective:To explore the application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in the early warning and intervention of low-risk death cases,evaluate its role in reducing low-risk mortality rates,improve medical quality and management efficiency,and provide scalable management solutions for hospitals and health management departments.Method:The data of 34,360 inpatient medical records from 2018 to 2023 were studied and analyzed.48 low-risk death cases from 2021 to 2023 were selected as the study group,while 98 low-risk death cases from 2018 to 2020 were selected as the control group.The intelligent early warning system is applied to continuously monitor cases,identify key influencing factors and propose intervention measures.Result:The result shows that the low-risk mortality rate decreased from 0.044%to 0.015%(P=0.012).After the intervention,the proportion of improper treatment plans and postoperative complications have been decreased,the accuracy of medical records improved,and the medical management effectively optimized by the system.Conclusion:Thus,the intelligent early warning system effectively reduces the low-risk mortality rate,significantly optimizes the key indicators of medical quality,and provides a scientific decision support tool for hospital management and medical policy-making.
