摘要
目的探讨公立医院“1+4+N”健康副厂长协作体系的有效性。方法2023年暨南大学附属第六医院根据企业及其员工健康需求,构建了以1个健康副厂长为载体,政府、医疗卫生机构、村(社区)、企业四方共同协作,为企业提供健康管理、职业病防护等N项服务内容的“1+4+N”企业健康副厂长协作体系,通过观察企业员工满意度及医院影响力的变化来评估该体系的效果。结果在2023年8月至2024年7月,该院选派54名健康副厂长为69家企业提供服务,累计开展活动近200场次,受益员工超4万人次。企业员工对健康副厂长的满意度达99.1%,医院疑难危急重症指标显著提升。结论公立医院“1+4+N”健康副厂长协作体系提升了企业员工的满意度,为公立医院参与社会治理提供了新途径。
Objective:In order to explore the effectiveness of the“1+4+N”health deputy factory director collaboration system in public hospitals.Method:In 2023,the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University,based on the health needs of enterprises and their employees,established a collaborative system with one health deputy factory director as the carrier,involving the government,medical and health institutions,villages(communities),and enterprises.The“1+4+N”enterprise health deputy factory director collaboration system provides N service contents such as health management and occupational disease prevention for enterprises.Then the effect of this system was evaluated with the observation of the changes in the satisfaction of enterprise employees and the influence of the hospital.Result:From August 2023 to July 2024,the hospital selected 54 deputy factory directors in charge of health to provide services for 69 enterprises.A total of nearly 200 activities were held,benefiting over 40,000 employees.The satisfaction rate of the enterprise employees with the health of the deputy factory director reached 99.1%,and the indicators of difficult,critical and severe cases in the hospital have significantly improved.Conclusion:The“1+4+N”health deputy factory director collaboration system of public hospitals has enhanced the satisfaction of enterprise employees and provided a new way for public hospitals to participate in social governance.
