沉积物掩埋对浅海底栖贝类生物致死影响研究

摘要 本文通过模拟沉积物对浅海底栖贝类生物试验,研究了沉积物掩埋对方形马珂蛤(Mactra veneriformis)、缢蛏(Sinonovacula constricat)和环文蛤(Cyclina sinensis)致死影响,研究结果表明沉积物掩埋对底栖贝类生物存活率影响很大,随着掩埋深度的增加,生物致死率呈显著上升趋势,三种贝类生物7天半致死掩埋深度LD50分别为6-8cm、6-8cm和8-10cm。浅海底栖贝类生物对沉积物掩埋均具有一定的承受能力,当浅海底栖贝类生物发生掩埋时,迅速对沉积物进行妥善处理,可减少生物的致死率。 Lethal effect on three epibenthic shellfishes of mactra veneriformis,sinonovacula constricat and cyclina sinensis were invested respectively by sediment buried experiment in this paper.Sediment burial may result in the epibenthic organisms being directly damaged and killed,and much more burial depth will get a worse situation.The lethal burial depth 50%for 7 days of three epibenthic species was 6-8cm、6-8cm and 8-10cm respectively.Three epibenthic shell fishes bearing capacity was found in the sediment burial experiment and that is a good message for making the epibenthic organisms survive in a short time when they were buried by sediments.
