浙江省内河新能源船舶应用现状及展望

摘要 “绿色、节能、环保”将是船舶行业未来发展的主要旋律,随着浙江省内河首艘新建成的新能源船——设计载重量1600吨,配备两套磷酸铁锂电池为船舶动力,航速不小于10公里/小时,续航不小于270公里的“东兴100”轮顺利入水,标志着浙江开启新能源动力运输船新时代。通过实际调研与专家访谈,分析了浙江省新能源船舶产业的发展现状,指出了产业发展面临的技术难题与政策环境,对新能源船舶行业发展的前景进行了展望,并结合实际为行业的长远健康发展提出针对性的对策建议。 “Green,energy-efficient,and environmentally friendly”represents the prevailing direction for the future development of the maritime industry.With the successful launch of“Dongxing 100”—Zhejiang Province’s first newly built inland new energy vessel,boasting a designed deadweight of 1,600 tons,powered by two sets of lithium iron phosphate battery systems,with a navigation speed of no less than 10 km/h and a cruising range of no less than 270 km—a new era of new energy-powered transport vessels in Zhejiang has officially begun.Through field investigations and expert interviews,this study analyzes the current development status of the new energy vessel industry in Zhejiang Province.It identifies the key technical challenges and policy barriers hindering the sector’s progress and offers a forward-looking perspective on the industry's future development.Based on practical insights,the paper proposes targeted countermeasures to promote the long-term,healthy development of the new energy vessel industry.
