低温蒸发结晶在镍矿遗留废水应急处理中的应用研究

摘要 本文以青海某镍矿遗留废水的应急处置工程为例,重点介绍了低温蒸发结晶工艺在此废水处理中的实际应用情况,为相关或相近行业的废水应急处置项目提供参考。该应急处置工程采用空气源热泵低温真空蒸发浓缩结晶一体化设备,主要处理厂区内遗留的浓缩废水约4 042.3 m3(暂存于5个罐体中)。项目建设费用为240万元(包括设备、运输与安装),工程从设计至安装、调试至处理完成周期≤110 d。根据生态环境监测站对运行结果的检测,该应急处置装置出水TDS≤200 mg/L,COD_(Cr)≤150 mg/L,BOD_(5)≤5 mg/L,SS在5~10 mg/L之间,氯离子≤10 0 mg/L,氟离子≤1 mg/L,镍离子≤0.1 mg/L,pH值在7~8之间,整体效果达到《农田灌溉水质标准》(GB 5084-2021)[1]的要求。 Taking the emergency treatment project for the nickel mine legacy wastewater in Qinghai Province as an example,this paper focuses on the actual application of low-temperature evaporation crystallization equipment in this wastewater,providing reference for similar or related industries in emergency treatment projects for legacy wastewater.The emergency disposal project adopts air-source heat pump low-temperature vacuum evaporation concentration and crystallization integrated skid equipment,mainly used to treat the 3 approximately 4042.3 m of residual production wastewater left in the plant(stored in 5 tanks).The project construction cost of 2.4 million yuan(including equipment,transportation and construction),and the cycle from design to installation,commissioning,and completion of treatment is≤110 days.According to the operation results of the ecological environment monitoring station,the effluent TDS of the emergency treatment device is≤200 mg/L,COD_(Cr)≤150 mg/L,BOD_(5)≤5 mg/L,SS at 5~10 mg/L,chloride ion≤100 mg/L,fluorine ion≤1 mg/L,nickel ion≤0.1 mg/L,and pH value is between 7~8.The overall effect meets the requirements of“Farmland irrigation Water Quality Standard”(GB 5084-2021)[1].
