摘要
城市生活污水中的氮磷含量高,导致水体富营养化。生物脱氮工艺具有高效、经济、环保的优势,适用于城市生活污水中氮磷的去除。本文研究了高效生物脱氮工艺的关键技术及工程应用,分析了污水氮磷问题的特性与影响因素,优化了脱氮菌群的筛选与运行参数,并通过高效曝气装置与自动化控制系统提升脱氮效率和工艺稳定性。研究表明,该工艺能显著降低生活污水中总氮和总磷浓度,出水满足一级A排放标准,且能耗下降15%,运行成本降低20%,从而为高效生物脱氮工艺的推广提供了技术参考和工程经验。
The high content of nitrogen and phosphorus in urban domestic sewage leads to water eutrophication,the biological nitrogen removal process has the advantages of high efficiency,economy and environmental protection,It can be used for nitrogen and phosphorus removal in urban sewage.In this paper,the key technology and engineering application of high efficiency biological nitrogen removal process are studied,the characteristics and influencing factors of sewage nitrogen and phosphorus problem are analyzed,the screening and operation parameters of nitrogen removal bacteria are optimized,and the denitrification efficiency and process stability are improved through high efficiency aeration device and automatic control system.The study shows that the process can significantly reduce the total nitrogen and total phosphorus concentration,meet the level A emission standard,and reduce energy consumption by 15%and operating cost by 20%,it provides technical reference and engineering experience for the promotion of highly efficient biological nitrogen removal process.
