摘要
以偏高岭土、氧化铝和锆英石为主要原料,磷酸二氢铝为酸基激发剂,采用地聚物凝胶成型制备莫来石-ZrO_(2)陶瓷。研究了氧化锆添加量、烧结温度和保温时间对莫来石陶瓷合成及性能的影响。结果表明:随锆英石添加量增加,1600℃烧结温度下,试样的抗折强度逐渐增加;烧成温度提高至1550℃促使锆英石完全分解,生成的氧化锆相分散在莫来石周围。氧化锆添加量为15%烧结温度为1600℃,保温2h可获得的陶瓷材料,气孔率为0.13%,体积密度为2.64 g/cm^(3),烧失率为8.23%,线收缩率为19.56%,抗折强度为74.59 MPa。
Mullite-ZrO_(2) ceramics were prepared by geopolymer gel forming using metakaolin,alumina and zircon as the main raw materials and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as the acid-based exciter.The effects of zirconia addition,sintering temperature and holding time on the synthesis and properties of mullite ceramics were investigated.The results showed that the flexural strength of the specimens gradually increased with the increase of zircon addition at the sintering temperature of 1600°℃.The increase of the sintering temperature to 1550℃ induced the complete decomposition of zircon,and the generated zirconium oxide phase was dispersed around mullite.Zirconia addition of 15%sintering temperature of 1600℃,insulation 2h can be obtained ceramic materials,porosity of 0.13%,bulk density of 2.64 g/cm^(3),loss on firing rate of 8.23%,line shrinkage of 19.56%,the flexural strength of 74.59 MPa.
