摘要
在全球能源需求增长与环境问题严峻的形势下,建筑节能成为解决问题的关键。本文综述了相变储能材料在建筑领域的研究进展。首先介绍了相变材料分类,其中固-液相变材料的实用价值较高。接着阐述其选择原则,建筑用相变材料需满足与室温匹配等条件。然后详述在建筑中的应用,分别介绍各种类型相变材料的应用现状。尽管相变材料的应用已取得显著进展,但仍面临热导率低、循环稳定性差、相变温度范围有限等问题。未来应聚焦材料设计优化、多功能集成与系统设计,同时降低成本、完善标准体系与政策支持,以提升其性能与适用性,推动建筑节能发展。
Against the backdrop of the increasing global energy demand and severe environmental problems,building energy conservation has become the key to solving the issues.This paper reviewed the research progress of phase change materials in the building field.Firstly,the classification of phase change materials was introduced,among which solid-liquid phase change materials had relatively high practical value.Subsequently,the selection principles were expounded.Phase change materials for buildings were required to meet conditions such as being compatible with room temperature.Then,the applications in buildings were detailed,and the application status of various types of phase change materials was introduced respectively.Although significant progress had been made in the application of phase change materials,problems such as low thermal conductivity,poor cycle stability and limited phase change temperature range stil remained.In the future,attention should be focused on material design optimization,multi-functional integration and system design.Meanwhile,the cost should be reduced,and the standard system and policy support should be improved to enhance their performance and applicability and promote the development of building energy conservation.
