基于排水防涝模型的现代城市排水规划与内涝治理策略研究

摘要 在全球气候变化加剧、城市化进程飞速推进的当下,城市内涝问题愈发严峻,已成为制约城市可持续发展的关键挑战。极端降雨事件频发,强度与频率不断增加,而城市快速扩张中不透水面积大幅增长,天然调蓄空间被挤占,原有排水系统难以应对骤增的雨水径流,导致内涝灾害频发,给城市基础设施、居民生命财产安全及社会经济秩序带来巨大冲击。在此背景下,基于排水防涝模型开展现代城市排水规划与内涝治理策略研究,成为提升城市韧性、保障城市安全运行的迫切需求。本文旨在探讨基于排水防涝模型的现代城市排水规划与内涝治理策略。通过深入分析城市内涝的成因,包括气候变化、排水体系不完善、地表调蓄能力下降等,本文提出了一系列科学、合理的排水规划与内涝治理策略。借助数学模型和先进技术手段,对排水系统进行优化设计和模拟评估,以提高城市排水防涝能力。同时,本文还强调了更新设计理念、综合考虑各方面因素、加强海绵城市建设等策略的重要性,为现代城市排水规划与内涝治理提供了有益的参考。 In the face of intensified global climate change and rapid urbanization,urban flooding has become an increasingly severe issue,posing a critical challenge to sustainable urban development.Extreme rainfall events are becoming more frequent and intense,while impermeable surfaces in cities are expanding rapidly,squeezing natural water retention spaces.The existing drainage systems struggle to cope with the sudden increase in stormwater runoff,leading to frequent flooding incidents that pose significant impacts on urban infrastructure,residents'safety,property,and social economic order.Against this backdrop,research on modern urban drainage planning and flood control strategies based on drainage models is urgently needed to enhance urban resilience and ensure safe urban operations.This paper aims to explore modern urban drainage planning and flood control strategies based on drainage models.By thoroughly analyzing the causes of urban flooding,including climate change,inadequate drainage systems,and declining surface water retention capacity,the paper proposes a series of scientific and reasonable drainage planning and flood control strategies.Using mathematical models and advanced technical means,the paper optimizes and simulates the drainage system to improve urban drainage and flood prevention capabilities.Additionally,the paper emphasizes the importance of updating design concepts,considering all factors comprehensively,and strengthening sponge city construction,providing valuable references for modern urban drainage planning and flood control.
