摘要
随着信息技术的飞速发展,城市“智”理成为提升城市运行效率、改善居民生活质量的重要手段。CIM(City Information Modeling,城市信息模型)基础平台作为新一代信息技术的集成应用,为城市“智”理提供了新的解决方案。本文旨在探讨CIM基础平台如何赋能城市智理创新,通过分析CIM平台的架构、功能以及在城市规划、建设、管理等领域的应用,提出CIM平台在推动城市智理创新中的关键作用。
With the rapid development of information technology,urban smart management has become an important means to enhance urban operational efficiency and improve the quality of life for residents.As an integrated application of new-generation information technology,the CIM(City Information Modeling)basic platform provides new solutions for urban smart management.This article aims to explore how the CIM basic platform empowers urban smart management innovation.By analyzing the architecture and functions of the CIM platform,as well as its applications in urban planning,construction,and management,this paper proposes the key role of the CIM platform in promoting urban smart management innovation.
