摘要
为提高淮北大堤临淮岗水闸的发电及抗洪能力,解决长期运行中出现的坝基掏空、护坦损毁及翻板闸门锈蚀等问题,保障沿河地区的防洪安全,详细分析临淮岗水闸闸址地质条件及现有坝体的结构状态,提出了系统的加固改造设计方案,主要有拦河闸堰体局部修补、冲沙闸门更换、增设消力池和护坦等措施。实施结果表明这些措施显著提高了水闸的抗洪能力,增强了水闸运行的安全性和可靠性,有效减少了下游河床的冲刷风险。研究的创新点在于综合利用现代水闸加固技术,通过科学的勘察与数据分析制定优化方案,确保水闸长期安全运行。该研究成果在其他老旧水闸的改造工程中具有重要的参考价值。
In order to improve the power generation and flood resistance capacity of the Linhuaigang sluice on the Huaibei Levee,solve the problems such as dam foundation hollowing,apron damage and flap gate corrosion in long-term operation,and ensure flood control safety in the areas along the river,the geological conditions of the Linhuaigang sluice site and the structural status of the existing dam body were analyzed in detail.A reinforcement and renovation design scheme for the system has been proposed,mainly including local repair of the barrier dam body,replacement of the flushing gate,addition of a dissipation pool and a protective apron,and other measures.The implementation results show that these measures significantly improve the flood resistance capacity of the sluice,enhance the safety and reliability of its operation,and effectively reduce the risk of downstream riverbed erosion.The innovation of the research lies in the comprehensive utilization of modern water gate reinforcement technology,and the development of optimization plans through scientific investigation and data analysis to ensure the long-term safe operation of water gates.This research result has important reference value in the renovation projects of other old sluices.
