摘要
淮北大堤作为淮河流域的重要防洪屏障,多年来受到自然侵蚀和洪水冲刷,存在一定的安全隐患。为提升淮北大堤白田村堤段的防洪能力和水利管理水平,确保沿线地区的防洪安全和生态环境保护,通过对白田村堤进行加高加固,解决堤防存在的隐患问题。采用GEOSTUDIO有限元岩土渗流稳定分析软件,对白田村堤段进行堤防渗透稳定性和抗滑稳定性的计算分析,设计了适应的堤顶高程与堤身堤基的渗透稳定改进方案。结果表明,经过加固改造的堤防能够显著提高防洪能力,满足10年一遇洪水的防洪标准,并在环境保护方面取得了显著效果。
In order to enhance the flood control capacity and water management level of the Baitian Village section of the Huaibei levee,and ensure the flood control safety and ecological environment protection of the areas along the line,the Huaibei levee,as an important flood control barrier in the Huaihe River Basin,has been subject to natural erosion and flood erosion for many years,posing certain safety risks.By raising and reinforcing the embankment of Baitian Village,the hidden dangers of the embankment can be solved.The GEOSTUDIO finite element geotechnical seepage stability analysis software was used to calculate and analyze the seepage stability and anti sliding stability of the Baitian Village embankment section.An improved scheme for seepage stability was designed to adapt to the embankment top elevation and embankment foundation.The results show that the reinforced embankment can significantly improve its flood control capacity,meet the flood control standard of a 10-year return period flood,and achieve significant results in environmental protection.
