摘要
膝骨关节炎是中老年人常见的关节疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。现代医学以非甾体类抗炎药、阿片类药物、镇痛药、类固醇及物理治疗为主,但往往达不到预期治疗效果。中医推拿手法治疗因其疗效明确、不良反应较小而被膝骨关节炎患者广泛接受。目前推拿治疗膝骨关节炎的机制尚未完全明确,且动物实验是认识机制的有效途径,通过检索推拿手法治疗膝骨关节炎的动物实验相关文献资料,论述推拿手法治疗膝骨关节炎的作用机制,以期为临床治疗膝骨关节炎提供理论依据。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA),a common joint disease in middle-aged and elderly people,seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Modern medicine mainly focuses on its treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,opioids,analgesics,steroids,and physical therapy,but often fails to achieve the expected treatment effect.The TCM massage therapy is widely accepted by patients with KOA for its clear efficacy and lower side effects.At present,the mechanisms of massage for KOA remain not completely clear and animal experiments are assumed to be an effective way to explore these mechanisms.By searching the literature related to animal experiments of massage for KOA,this paper discusses the mechanisms of massage for knee osteoarthritis in order to improve the theoretical basis for its clinical treatment of KOA.
