摘要
目的 探究温经解痉推拿联合火龙罐治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的临床疗效。方法 纳入腰椎间盘突出症急性期患者60例,采用数字随机法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采用温经解痉推拿联合火龙罐治疗,对照组采用常规推拿治疗。对治疗前后患者的VAS、JOA、ODI、腰椎活动度进行评分,比较患者的临床症状。结果 与治疗前比较,2组的VAS、JOA、ODI评分降低(P<0.001),腰椎的前屈、后伸、侧屈、旋转角度升高(P<0.001)。与对照组比较,治疗组VAS、JOA评分降低(P<0.01),ODI评分降低(P<0.001),腰椎的前屈角度升高(P<0.05),后伸、侧屈、旋转角度升高(P<0.001),疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为83.33%。结论 温经解痉推拿与火龙罐相结合,在治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期方面优于普通推拿方法,能够确切地缓解疼痛、改善腰椎功能和活动度。
Objective To study the clinical effect of massage for warming meridians and relieving spasm combined with the moxibustion method of Huo Long pot in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in its acute stage.Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation in an acute stage were divided into a treatment group and a control group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with massage for warming meridians and relieving spasm combined with the moxibustion method of Huo Long pot,while the control group was treated with conventional massage.The levels of VAS,JOA,ODI and lumbar motion were evaluated before and after treatment in the two groups,and their symptoms were compared.Results After treatment,the VAS,JOA,and ODI scores were decreased in the two groups(P<0.001),and the anterior flexion,posterior extension,lateral flexion,and rotation angles of the lumbar spine were elevated(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the VAS and JOA scores were decreased in the treatment group(P<0.01),while the ODI scores were decreased significantly(P<0.001),and the anterior flexion angle of the lumbar spine was increased(P<0.05),while the posterior extension,lateral flexion,and rotation angles were increased significantly(P<0.001),which showed a better efficacy than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 83.33%in the control group.Conclusion The combination of massage for warming meridians and relieving spasm and the moxibustion method of Huo Long pot is superior to ordinary massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation in its acute stage,which can effectively relieve pain and improve lumbar function and motion.
