摘要
变应性支气管肺曲霉病是一种由烟曲霉引起的反复发作的肺部疾病。在急性发作阶段,西医通过使用激素、抗真菌和抗炎药物治疗,能够迅速取得疗效。而在疾病稳定期,中医在调节整体状态和减少激素不良反应方面具有独特优势。本文从脏腑风湿的角度探讨了治疗变应性支气管肺曲霉病的方法。针对以痰瘀闭肺为主要病机的患者,在化痰祛瘀、通腑泻肺的基础上,采用中药替代激素治疗,在调态同时又兼顾打靶,为临床诊疗变应性支气管肺曲霉病提供了新的思路。
Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis is a recurrent lung disease caused by Aspergillus fumigatus.In its acute episodes,western medicine treats the disease with corticosteroids,antifungal and anti-inflammatory drugs,achieving an instant curative effect.While in the stable phase of the disease,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in regulating its overall condition and reducing the side effects of corticosteroids.This article discusses the treatment of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis from the perspective of wind-damp in zang-fu viscera.For patients with phlegm and blood stasis obstructing the lungs as the main pathogenesis,based on resolving phlegm,removing blood stasis,and purging the lungs,Chinese drugs are used in replacement of corticosteroids for its treatment,which can not only regulate its states but also target its symptoms,providing a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis.
