摘要
类风湿关节炎是一种以慢性对称性多关节炎为主要特征的自身免疫性疾病,中医学将其归类为“痹证”。本文基于中医“玄府”理论,提出类风湿关节炎的病机以外邪侵袭为外因,玄府闭塞致正气不足为根本。风药因其祛风除湿、升浮发散的特性,通过调节玄府功能,促进气血津液运行,缓解类风湿关节炎症状。本研究总结了玄府理论在类风湿关节炎治疗中的应用,探讨了风药治疗类风湿关节炎的机制及施用,为中医治疗类风湿关节炎提供了理论支持。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic,symmetric polyarthritis,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)classifies it as a"bi syndrome".Based on the TCM theory of"Xuanfu",this paper proposes that the disease is caused externally by pathogenic invasion and fundamentally by qi deficiency induced by the blockage of sweat pores.Wind-dispelling herbs,known for their properties of dispelling wind and dampness,ascending qi and eliminating cold,promote the function of sweat pores,improving the circulation of qi,blood,and body fluids,and alleviating the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.This study reviews the application of Xuanfu theory in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and explores the mechanisms and application of wind-dispelling herbs in its treatment,offering a theoretical support for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with traditional Chinese medicine.
