摘要
张海莹认为无排卵型异常子宫出血追本溯源是由于女子的肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴功能失常,经血失于统摄所致,因其是在正常经期之外的时间出现月经严重紊乱的疾病,故将其归结为“崩漏”的范畴。治疗上针对不同年龄阶段,以补脾益肾,止血调经为要,在用药方面,擅用“安冲汤”使冲任二脉通盛,人体的阴阳得以调和,建立起新的月经周期,使崩漏得以治愈。
Professor Zhang Haiying believes that the root cause of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding can be traced back to the dysfunction of the kidney-Tian Gui-thoroughfare and conception channels-uterus axis in women,resulting in menstrual blood being out of control.As it is a serious menstrual disorder that occurs outside of the normal menstrual period,it is classified as"metrorrhagia and metrostaxis".In terms of its treatment for different age groups,Zhang Haiying emphasizes the significance of tonifying the spleen and kidney,stopping bleeding and regulating menstruation.In terms of medication,she adeptly applies Anchong Tang to promote the smooth circulation and vitality of the thoroughfare and conception meridians,harmonizing yin and yang in the human body,establishing a new menstrual cycle,and achieving a remarkable efficacy.
