摘要
随着社会的发展,人们生活水平的不断提高,生活方式发生了巨大的变化,从而引起痛风性关节炎的发病率逐年上升。本文以“脾气散精”立论,认为脾气散精,气血津液输布正常,人体代谢功能照常运行;反之则津液代谢异常,进而引发痛风性关节炎;通过阐释中医学中“脾气散精”的理论内涵与痛风性关节炎的关系,认为脾失健运(脾虚湿困),脾气散精功能失常是痛风性关节炎发生的关键,治疗上应以“助脾散精”为核心,通过补益脾土、除湿散精,使脾恢复正常的生理功能,散精有序,津液代谢功能正常,从而达到治疗痛风性关节炎的目的,以此进一步提高临床疗效。
With the development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,great changes have taken place in their lifestyles,resulting in an increase in the incidence of gouty arthritis year by year.Based on the theory of"spleen qi responsible for dispersing essence",this article believes that if spleen qi performs the function of dispersing essence,qi,blood and body fluids may distribute throughout the body normally and the body metabolic function runs as usual.On the contrary,body fluids metabolize abnormally,giving rise to gouty arthritis.By expounding the theoretical connotation of"spleen qi dispersing essence"in traditional Chinese medicine and its relationship with gouty arthritis,it is believed that dysfunction of the spleen in transportation(syndrome of dampness stagnancy due to spleen deficiency)and dysfunction of spleen qi dispersing essence are the key factors in the occurrence of gouty arthritis.Consequently,its treatment should focus on"strengthening the spleen to disperse essence",in order to restore the normal physiological function of the spleen,dispersing essence in an orderly manner,and promoting the normal metabolism of body fluids,thus achieving the goal of treating gouty arthritis and further improving its clinical efficacy.
