二维圆弧曲线内凹蜂窝结构多工况冲击性能

Impact Performance of Honeycomb Structure with Two-dimensional Circular Curve Concave Under Multi-case Condition

摘要 基于Abaqus有限元软件,对二维圆弧曲线内凹蜂窝多胞结构在不同冲击速度和冲击角度工况下的变形模式、动态响应、吸能特性等进行了系统性模拟研究。结果表明:冲击速度提高以及冲击角度减小时,多胞结构的吸能量和平台应力值均上升;弧角为120°的多胞结构其综合吸能量和平台应力值最大;随着冲击速度的提高,结构横向收缩加剧,负泊松比效应更加突出,因此初始应力峰值和总吸能量也增大;随着冲击角度的增大,结构的侧向倾倒趋势加剧,失去抗冲击能力,因此初始应力峰值和总吸能量也减小。该文为进一步实现该结构在多工况冲击下的力学性能优化提供了理论支撑。 By using Abaqus finite element software,a systematic simulation study was carried out to investigate the deformation mode,dynamic response,and energy absorption characteristics of the two-dimensional circular curve concave honeycomb multicellular structure under different impact velocities and angles.The results show that:when the impact velocity increases and the impact angle decreases,the energy absorption and platform stress values of the multicellular structure increase;the multicellular structure with an arc angle of 120°has the largest integrated energy absorption and platform stress values;with the increasing of impact velocity,the lateral contraction of the structure intensifies,and the negative Poisson's ratio effect becomes more prominent,so the peak initial stress and total energy absorption increase;with the increasing of impact angle,the lateral tipping tendency of the structure intensifies,and it loses the resistance to the impact;with the increasing of impact angle,the lateral tipping tendency of the structure is intensified,and the impact resistance is lost,so the peak initial stress and the total absorbed energy also decrease.This paper provides theoretical support for further optimizing the mechanical properties of the structure under multiple impact conditions.
