摘要
文章探讨了人工智能在提升档案管理效率、降低成本、增强安全性等方面的应用价值,分析了其收集、整理、保管、鉴定、检索和开发利用等档案工作的各个关键环节的具体作用;指出了当前人工智能在档案工作应用中面临的数据质量与标准化、隐私保护与数据安全、专业人才缺乏以及法律与伦理等问题,并提出了相应的解决策略。
This paper explores the application value of AI in enhancing archive management efficiency,reducing costs,and strengthening security,simultaneously analyzing its specific roles in critical stages such as collection,organization,preservation,appraisal,retrieval,and utilization of archives.Additionally,the paper identifies current challenges in AI application within archive work including data quality and standardization,privacy protection and data security,lack of professional talent,as well as legal and ethical issues—and proposes corresponding resolution strategies.
