摘要
目前临床上对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块进行成像的方法较多,但确定动脉粥样硬化存在和评估其严重程度的金标准尚未明确。动脉粥样硬化斑块的演变是一个漫长而复杂的过程,受多种病理生理因素影响,斑块的破裂和侵蚀传播远端血栓栓塞可引起临床急性冠状动脉综合征或中风。因此,早期准确识别不稳定斑块对于预防不良事件的发生具有重要指导意义。目前用于颈动脉粥样硬化疾病的影像学检查技术主要有导管血管造影、超声、计算机断层血管造影(CTA)、数字减影血管造影(DSA)和磁共振血管造影(MRA),现对颈动脉斑块影像学检查技术研究进展进行综述。
At present,there are many clinical applications for imaging the carotid atherosclerotic plaque itself.It has not yet been possible to clearly determine which method can be used as a gold standard for determining the presence of atherosclerosis and assessing its severity,and carotid atherosclerosis is one of the main causes of death and disability.The evolution of atherosclerotic plaque is a long and complex process,which is affected by many pathophysiological mechanisms.Atherosclerotic plaque rupture and erosion spread distal thromboembolism can cause clinical acute coronary syndrome or stroke.Therefore,early and accurate identification of unstable plaques has important guiding significance for preventing the occurrence of adverse events.Magnetic resonance imaging,computed tomography angiography,ultrasound and other imaging techniques have been proved to be able to identify carotid plaques.This article reviews the research progress of carotid plaque imaging technology.
