数智赋能,协同共进:职业院校教师信息技术应用能力培养探索 被引量:3

摘要 信息化时代,教师的“教”与学生的“学”发生了颠覆性变化,赋能职业教育高效发展,教师信息技术应用能力提升成为刚需。文章针对教师信息技术应用能力培训不精准、数字化资源建设不足等突出问题靶向诊改,设定校级“数字化星级教师”三级标准,制定个性化星级教师成长目标,开展差异化教师信息化技能培训,全链条跟进培训过程,以点带面打造共融信息化教学团队,以学促行推动信息化课堂全面应用,多元化完善校园数字化资源。经过精准培育,教师信息技术应用能力明显提升,教师教学能力大赛成绩斐然。 In the cloud era,the"teaching"of teachers and the"learning"of students have undergone subversive changes.In order to fulfill the efficient development of vocational education,teachers are facing an urge to improve self-ability in informatization application.Aiming at the outstanding problems in our school such as inaccurate training of teachers'informatization application ability and insufficient construction of digital resources,this paper sets a three-level standard for school-level"digital star-level teachers",customizes personalized growth goals for star teachers,carries out differentiated teacher informatization skills training,and follows up the training process in the whole chain.This paper puts an effort in progressively building an integrated informatization teaching team,promoting the application of comprehensive informatization in the classroom,and improving the campus digital resources.After precise cultivation,our teachers'informatization application ability has been significantly improved,and the number of prizes we won in the classroom teaching competition of teaching ability competition ranks first among 14 health schools in this region.
