摘要
多元化订单式人才培养模式合理整合教学资源与临床资源,通过能力本位的课程模式培养学生的就业能力和发展能力,让学生在真实的工作环境中实训,使教学内容与临床岗位工作需求同步。学生的学习积极性和主动性明显提高,探索及创新能力逐渐增强。多元化订单式人才培养模式在医学检验技术专业教学过程中的应用,对高职院校积极推动教学改革与教学质量评价改革具有借鉴意义。
The diversified order-based talent cultivation model rationally integrates teaching resources and clinical resources.It cultivates students'employment and development abilities through an ability-oriented curriculum model,allowing students to train in real working environments and aligning the learning content with the job requirements of clinical positions.Students'learning enthusiasm and initiative have significantly increased,and their exploration and innovation abilities have gradually strengthened.The application of the diversified order-based talent cultivation model in the teaching of medical laboratory technology in the past has significant reference value for promoting teaching reform and teaching quality evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges.
