摘要
利用原位合成法制备ZIF-壳聚糖-布料复合材料,评价无纺布、无纺纸以及棉纤维3种布料的抗张强度、吸水性和抑菌性能。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制备的ZIF-壳聚糖-布料复合材料进行分析,结果表明3种布料的横向抗张强度均大于8 N·mm^(-2),吸水率均≥700%,并且布料成功负载了ZIF-壳聚糖材料。实验探究了ZIF-壳聚糖-布料复合材料的抑菌效果,证实了3种材料均具有明显的抑菌效果,其中:ZIF-0.3壳聚糖-无纺纸对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌效果更好,18 h时抑菌率达到86.27%;ZIF-0.3壳聚糖-无纺布对大肠杆菌抑菌效果更好,18 h时抑菌率达到86.87%。
ZIF-chitosan-fabric composites was prepared by in situ synthesis to evaluate the tensile strength,water absorption and bacteriostatic properties of three fabrics.The prepared ZIF-chitosan-fabric composites were analyzed by X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the results showed that all three fabrics had transverse tensile strength>8 N·mm^(-2),water absorption≥700%,and the ZIF-chitosan material were successfully loaded on fabrics.The experiment investigated the antibacterial effect of ZIF-chitosan-fabric composites and confirmed that all three materials had obvious antibacterial effects,among which ZIF-0.3 chitosan-nonwoven paper had better antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,with the antibacterial rate reaching 86.27%at 18 h,and ZIF-0.3 chitosan-nonwoven fabric had better antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,with the antibacterial rate reaching 86.87%at 18 h.
