十二烷基氯化吡啶在甲醇/硫酸中的缓蚀性能

摘要 探究十二烷基氯化吡啶(DPC)在甲醇/硫酸介质中对Q235钢的缓蚀作用,进而通过添加DPC来解决当纯甲醇中混入酸性杂质时对碳钢的腐蚀问题。采用静态失质量法、电化学法研究了不同浓度DPC对Q235钢的缓蚀性能。通过原子力显微镜(AFM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析了DPC在碳钢表面形貌特征。使用Material Studio中的理论计算与动力学模拟分析DPC的缓蚀机理。失质量法表明,当甲醇中含有0.05 mol·L^(-1)硫酸,DPC浓度达到0.06 mol·L^(-1)时,此时缓蚀效率为92.16%;交流阻抗的结果同样表明DPC浓度在0.06 mol·L^(-1)时,缓蚀效果最好;极化曲线说明DPC是以抑制阳极反应为主的混合型缓蚀剂。AFM和XPS分析结果显示在甲醇/硫酸介质中DPC能够有效地防止碳钢被侵蚀。理论分析结果表明,DPC可以通过混合吸附的方式自发吸附在碳钢表面;其DPC的吸附中心主要位于吡啶环上,吡啶环与金属表面平行,这种吸附方式使得疏水长碳链能够更好与金属表面接触,有利于提高DPC在碳钢表面的覆盖度,从而更加有效地阻挡腐蚀介质对碳钢的侵蚀。 The corrosion inhibition of dodecylpyridinium chloride(DPC)on Q235 steel in methanol/sulfuric acid medium was investigated,and then the corrosion problem of carbon steel when acid impurities were mixed with pure methanol was solved by adding DPC.The corrosion inhibition per-formance of Q235 steel with different concentrations of DPC was studied by static weight loss method and electrochemical method.The morphological characteristics of DPC on the surface of carbon steel were an-alyzed by atomic force microscopy(AFM)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The corrosion inhibition mechanism of DPC was analyzed using isothermal adsorption model,theoretical calculation and kinetic simulation in Material Studio.The weight loss method shows that when methanol contained 0.05 mol·L^(-1) sulfuric acid and the DPC concentration reaches 0.06 mol·L^(-1),the corrosion inhibition efficien-cy is 92.16%.The results of AC impedance also show that when the DPC concentration is 0.06 mol·L^(-1),the corrosion inhibition effect is the best.The polarization curve shows that DPC is a hybrid corro-sion inhibitor that mainly inhibits anodic reaction.AFM and XPS analyses show that DPC can effectively prevent carbon steel from being eroded in methanol/sulfuric acid media.The theoretical analyses show DPC can be spontaneously adsorbed on the surface of carbon steel by mixed adsorption.The adsorption center of DPC is mainly located on the pyridine ring,which is parallel to the metal surface,which makes the hydrophobic long carbon chain better contact with the metal surface,which is conducive to improving the coverage of DPC on the surface of carbon steel,so as to more effectively block the erosion of carbon steel by corrosive media.
